Service Technician - Full Time

 

This position involves diagnosing and repairing customers bikes and assembling new ones.

 

Our service department operates on a separate level from our retail store and this provides an environment where our technicians can focus on producing the highest quality outcomes for our riders without the distractions of a retail shop floor.

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year in the bike industry preferred
  • Experience diagnosing issues and performing technical service
  • Ability to learn and use various software
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Proven ability to solve unusual problems
  • A passion for cycling, the outdoors, adventure and fun
