We aim to get orders out the same day or by the next business day.
We treat returns on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if the product is still in new condition and has its' packaging, we are happy to credit or exchange for another item. Clearance items are unlikely to be accepted as returns, so choose carefully. We can not accept returns for any cycle shorts with a chamois for hygiene reasons.
